Service process - consultation and contract signing stage: 1. Consult by phone or online through customer service, choose the most suitable designer, and make an appointment for on-site inspection;

2. On-site measurement, preliminary communication with you on decoration style, space function division, etc.;

3. After soliciting the opinions of customers, we will give two to three sets of solutions within three working days;

4. Sign the design contract after satisfaction, deepen the design drawings at the same time, and pay 50% of the design fee;

5. You will give the quotation and renderings within two working days after you confirm the full set of construction drawings;

Service Process - Pure Design Project Tracking:

1. After the start of construction, 50% of the design fee will be paid;

2. Three visits to the site during construction

3. For the last purchase, pay off the remaining 5% of the design fee.

Service Process - Design and Construction Project Tracking:

1. At the start of construction, the project manager, hydropower engineer, and designer will make an on-site disclosure, and deliver the "Notice to Clients"; pay 50% of the design fee and 30% of the project payment;

2. When the concealed project is over, the project manager organizes the acceptance, the record is kept on a disk, and 35% of the project payment is paid;

3. The mud and woodworkers enter the site for construction, the design is revealed, the project manager will guide the construction process, and pay 30% of the project cost;

4. Mud and wood acceptance, the project manager protects the finished product;

5. When the project is completed, the project manager organizes the acceptance, shoots and archives it, increases the project settlement, and pays 100% at one time;

6. During the construction process, the relevant departments of the decoration design company, including fire declarers, air-conditioning engineers, weak current engineers, furniture engineers, etc., cooperate.

7. Finally, after the customer moves in, the furniture enters the site, the weak current is installed and debugged, the air conditioner is debugged, and the fire protection inspection is carried out, we will issue a warranty for the whole project.
